TEHRAN (IRNA) – Iran’s youth boxing team will leave here for India on October 9 to partake in the Asian meet, said the federation secretary Tuesday.

Fariborz Shams, who talked to the IRNA, added Omran Akbari, Mohammad Sattarpur, Ehsan Ruzbehani, Hassan Karkardi, and Akbar Heshmatianfar will represent the country in the subcontinent.

The secretary said the team will most likely win some medals.
